Lucy Picinich Schmitt started her career in real estate with Century 21 in Bergen County. During this time, she honed her skills in the finer aspects of real estate negotiations and sales. Lucy earned the PACESETTER GOLD award for outstanding Sales Achievement and Performance, and was a Greater New Jersey Broker Council Achievement Award winner, which recognizes an elite group of sales associates. Lucy always had a strong desire to open her own business and in true entrepreneurial spirit, Schmitt Real Estate was launched in 2012.

Jacquelyn is a resident of Maywood, NJ, located in the highly desirable Bergen County, for 30 years.  Her focus is to find families the perfect home in a well-suited neighborhood in Northern New Jersey.  She is a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.S. in Mathematics and holds a Master’s Degree from Saint Peter’s University.  In 2016, Jacquelyn lead a team in a complete home remodel from start to finish.  She is currently working on several projects for Schmitt Real Estate in the Bergen County area.

Charlie Antinori has a passion for real estate in the metropolitan area and understands the nuances of real estate investing. After completing undergraduate coursework, Charlie enrolled at the City University of New York seeking a degree in Public Administration, studying local and federal budgeting, finance, and ethics. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Eastern Bergen Board of Realtors, the Knights of Columbus, and the Paramus Catholic HS Alumni Association, among others.
